Terms of Service

These terms govern the relationship between AuraLabs Studio (“we,” “us,” “our”) and any individual or business (“you,” “your”) that engages us for web design and development services. By proceeding with a project, you agree to these terms.

We design and build websites for businesses. Our current service tiers are Spark (₹5,000 / $60), Starter (₹30,000 / $499), and Pro (₹80,000 / $999), with optional add-ons for maintenance, hosting management, and ongoing retainer work. All prices are confirmed in writing before work begins.

We require a 50% deposit before work begins, with the remaining 50% due upon project completion and before final delivery. Payment can be made via bank transfer or Razorpay. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We commit to a 5-business-day delivery timeline from the date we receive all required content, assets, and approvals from you. Delays caused by late content or feedback from your side will extend the timeline accordingly — we will notify you if this occurs.

Each project includes two rounds of revisions within the agreed scope. Additional revisions or scope changes beyond the original brief will be quoted and agreed upon separately before work proceeds.

Upon receipt of final payment, full ownership of the completed website — including all code, design assets, and associated files — transfers to you. We deliver the codebase directly to your GitHub repository and assist with initial Vercel deployment. We retain no ongoing rights to your website.

We include 14 days of post-launch support for bug fixes and minor adjustments at no additional cost. Beyond 14 days, ongoing support is available via our maintenance add-on (₹2,500 / $29 per month) or retainer arrangement.

We treat all information you share with us — including your business details, project brief, and any materials provided — as confidential. We will not share this information with third parties without your consent.

Unless you request otherwise in writing, we reserve the right to include your completed project in our portfolio and case studies. We will never share sensitive business information — only the visual work.

If you cancel a project after work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable. If we cancel a project for any reason on our end, we will refund any payments made in full within 7 business days.

Our total liability to you in connection with any project shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that project. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the delivered website.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Rajasthan, India.
