Enquiries submitted through our contact form are delivered to us via Resend, a transactional email service. We do not maintain a database of contact form submissions beyond our own email inbox. We retain your information only for as long as necessary to complete our correspondence with you.
Third-party services
Our website is hosted on Vercel. We use ipapi.co to detect your approximate location for the purpose of displaying pricing in your local currency — no personally identifiable information is shared with or stored by this service beyond a standard API request.
Your rights
You have the right to request that we delete any personal information we hold about you. To do so, email us at contact@auralabs.co.in and we will respond within 7 business days.
